Look for sneakers with gel soles, and mesh to promote airflow through the feet. Yes, you might have to shell out a hundred bucks for a good pair, but it is worth it in the long run (no pun intended). This way, you will feel more comfortable, perform better athletically, and be secure in the fact that you're doing what you can to maintain healthy circulation.
