Do you suffer from blurred or double vision after prolonged periods in front of a computer. Do your eyes water, feel dry or have problem focusing away from the screen?

—Force yourself to blink when sitting at the computer. Many people blink less, typically, at the computer, and this can lead to dry eyes.

—Give your eyes a mini massage several times a day. Place your elbows on your desk, with palms facing up. Allow let your weight fall forward and your head fall into your hands. Rest your eyes on the base of your palms, with your fingers extended toward your forehead. Shut your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose, hold it for four seconds, and exhale. Continue the deep breathing practice for 15-30 seconds....
